HealthyMe is hosting a Spring Maternal Health Fair this Friday, April 25, 2025, 10am-1pm On-Site at HealthyMe, 411 W. Indiantown Road, Jupiter.

This event is presented by Florida Department of Health and St Mary’s Medical Center.

ABOUT THIS EVENT

WHO: Pregnant Women (any gestation) up to approximately 8-9 months  Post-Partum, who are uninsured or underinsured, No income requirement.

WHAT: Prenatal Health Items such as BP cuffs, baby backpacks filled with maternity supplies, breast pumps, limited amount of infant car seats and strollers  (delivered to patient’s home). NOTE- this program no longer provides diapers

OTHER: Transportation to medical appointments may be available for moms and infants up to one year of age who qualify for additional services through this program.
