HealthyMe New Name, Same Heart Event

HealthyMe was pleased to host a gathering of supporters and friends to celebrate
HealthyMe’s transformational journey and community impact.

The event took place on April 9, 2015 at the Wyndham Grand in Harbourside Place

Guests had the opportunity to learn about HealthyMe’s evolving role and expanded collaboration between Jupiter Medical Center, Health Care District of Palm Beach County and Town of Jupiter, creating a Medical Home like no other in the county for
thousands more people than we previously could serve.

In addition, guests were treated to a presentation Healthier YOU! By Dr. Gary Pepper, MD and Mary Gocke, RDN, CDN, CHT who discussed the latest “miracle” weight loss drugs, the importance of understanding benefits and risks as well ways to ensure adequate nutrition during treatment and beyond. This presentation included scientific as well as practical
information to help guide the journey to a healthier you!
